Abstract

In this work,cinnamon is extracted by Supercritical fluid extraction.In extracting temperature for 55 ℃,extraction time for 2 hours,CO2 flow for 10 kg/h,stress conditions for 20 MPa,the yield of volatile respectively 9.3 %.By GC/MS analysis,total volatile chemicals got 36,cinnamaldehyde content for 72.81%.
