Abstract
【Objective】To summarize the reason.treatment and prevention of postoperative complications of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH).【Mothods】Form January 2006 to March 2008,60 cases with Ⅲ°~ Ⅳ° circularity mixed hemorrhoids received PPH were analyzed retrospectively. And followed up 6~27 months.【Result】 60 cases were succeed resect mucous membrane of rectum.Mean operation time was 13.5(10~20) minutes.Mean hospitalization time was 1~5 days.Postoperative complications:26 patients had short hypogastric pain during opera-tion.urine retention in 36 cases, anal pain in 28 cases.Among them, mild pain in 18 cases, moderateanal pain in 4 cases, severe pain in 4 cases.3 cases anastomotic bleedings during 1 week postoperation,1 cases need reoperation;2 cases anastomotic bleedings 1 week after operation,1 cases need reoperation.4 cases cutaneous hemorrhoids incompletely drew back into the anus tube.Anal constracture and discomfort in 3 cases.Dysporia in 1 cases.54 patients were followed up for 6 to 27 months.51 cases were fully satisfied,3 cases were relapsed. No complicatins of PPH such as anal stenosis and rectovaginal fistula occurred.【Conclusions】PPH is an effective method for Ⅲ°~Ⅳ° circularity mixed hemorrhoids, but it has some postoperative complications, correctly selecting case and skillful operation is important in prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids.
