Definition about crime of contractual fraud and contract dispute

With the development of market economy,the contract fraud becomes more and more.Although there is provision about the crime of contractual fraud,in practice,the judiciary can't define the contract fraud and the contract dispute accurately.Therefore,a few criminal suspects escape the penalty,which weakens the criminal law's function of attacking the criminal activities and maitaining the lawful rights.The thesis intends to define the contractual fraud and the contract dispute from three aspects:the composition of contractual crime,the difference between the two and different forms of the crime,hoping it'll be useful to the judiciary practice.
