Exploration on Theory and Practice of College Career Education

The career education includes all the educational activities and training with promoting students' all-around career development as the aim,fostering their awareness of career development as the core,enhancing their ability of career development as the key,career guidance and mental health education as the carrier,and major education as the extension.Career education in college can be divided into four levels: common career education,assistance carrier counseling,self-help career service,individual career training.Integration of all the resources should be considered during applying career education.
