Abstract
One strain which could use pyrene as sole carbon source was isolated from oil-contaminated soil in Shenfu irrigation area by selective enrichment culture. The strain was identified as Aminobacter ciceronei based on morphological and physio-biochemical characteristics, fatty aid content analysis and homology identification of 16S rDNA sequence. When the initial concentrations of pyrene was 1mg·L-1 in the inorganic medium, the degradation rates of pyrene by B05 in 10 days was 51 %.When the initial concentrations of pyrene was 1mg·kg-1 in soil, the degradation rates of pyrene by B05 in 30 days was 51 %.When the initial concentrations of pyrene was 50mg·L-1 in the medium with ethanolsoil, the degradation rates of pyrene by B05 in 5 days was 25.9%.It was suggested that the optimization of culture condition was:pH 7.29,32.5℃,25.4ml inventory(150 ml flask).
