Abstract

From the legal angle,parallel import of trademark appears mainly centering round the right conflict between the importer and the owner.As far as this conflict is concerned,different country displays different attitudes.Two principles are adored as to limit of support this kind of import in the intellectual property law.As for China,it is appropriate to permit this kind of import in general,only under extreme circumstances can it be prohibited.
