Analyses on Psychological Reasons of Female Drug Abusers

With the current increase of drug abusers and the variety of drug abuse,the structure of drug addicts has been changing and drug abuse hasn't been exclusive of females with the number of female drug users having been sharply rising,which not only severely harms the social development but also brings new challenges to the anti-drug work.In order to get a better understanding of the physiological,psychological and personal characteristics of the female drug abusers and to draw up educational and rehabilitation measures which have female drug users as the target,we have chosen 100 female drug addicts who are accepting forced isolation treatment in Qinghai Female Drugs-giving-up center and asked them to complete the questionnaires about their own personality and psychological health conditions according to the SCL-90,with the purpose to analyze what is influencing the psychological characteristics and factors of female drug abusers.
