Ethical harmony in post-legislative age

Different from the general view that modern ethic is predominated by a legislative thinking way and consequently becomes ethic legislation,Zygmunt Bauman holds that ethic belongs to a special field in which every individual has his own right to make choices,and the postmodern ethic or the ethic in post-legislative age will be one that gives back the moral right to every individual to make the decision,to accept the idea that others are the angels of morality,and to greet others happily.Besides,it will be well admitted by postmodern ethic that the puzzle of morality has the character of utopia.Based on these ideas,the ways to deal with the problem of ethic will not be legislative,but moral.Therefore,the goal of the postmodern ethic or the ethic in post-legislative age is the ethical harmony based on morality rather than on legislation.
