The Color Description in Book of Poetry and Its Aesthetic Implications

Abstract
Extremely rich color words are employed in Book of Poetry to describe plants,animals,mountains and rivers,vehi-cles,clothes and daily wares,etc.,all of which contain cultural and aesthetic implications.Those colors can be divided into magnificent ones,quietly elegant ones and strong ones,which have exercised a far-reaching influence upon the aesthetic men-tality of the later aristocrats,men of letters as well as the populace.
