Abstract

This paper expounds that the construction of the harmonious society is a giant and complex system engineering,and the eco-technological innovation and the institutional innovation are the necessary parts of the construction of the harmonious society,the eco-technological innovation is the fundamental path of constructing the harmonious society,and the institutional innovation is the important guarantee for constructing the harmonious society.
