Abstract
By submerged culture experiment of Pleurotus ferulae, the paper found the best carbon source is corn powder. The optimum liquid medium of Pleurotus ferulae mycelial consists of pH4.0~6.0,inoculating deal as 10% and packing the liquid measures to 70 ~80 mL.At the same time, during the culture process of Pleurotus ferulae liquid strains, the contents of reducing sugar, amino nitrogen of the terminal fermentation and amino acid of the mycelial was studied. This text still discover that mycelial essential amino acids occupy total amino acids 52.43%,when culturing mycelium for 5 d,the content of reducing sugar attain the highest peak, later on mycelial biomass appears the biggest value at 6 d,the biggest value of amino nitrogen at 7 d.
