Abstract

Fading is the key factor that affects the wireless channel capacity and transmission quality.Cooperative diversity is a new spatial diversity technology, which enables multiple users to share their antennas and relay signals, forms a virtual antenna array to realize spatial diversity and achieves the corresponding diversity gain.Different cooperative protocols are compared,an experiment system is designed, and a decoding and forward protocol easy for implementation is selected.A cooperative diversity experiment is conducted under the conditions of STC5410 and nRF905 hardware environment. The experimental results are analyzed theoretically based on the Keenan-Motley model. And the results show that the protocol reduces the outage probability of system.
