Abstract
In order to meet the need of the economic development, the authorities make the Guarantee Law and set up the forms of Mortgage, Impawn and Lien, which have different boundaries and ways of operation, but the three forms fall into category of security interest. They are based on the creditor's rights and guarantee the operation of creditor's right. The three guaranteed forms have their similarities, as well as the differences. It is the premise of guaranteeing the normal economic operation to pay more attention to the differences among them and understand the meanings of three forms in law and be familiar with the ways of operations.
