Abstract

Screw miner is the key equipment in the production of coal,which has great application prospects in coal mining in thin coal seam or coal seam mining.As the main component of helical blade of screw coal miner,in this article,firstly,drilling coal shearer spiral vane motor was analyzed,and intensity checking is made to the helical vane,finally to establish a mathematical optimization model of coal auger drill shaft connecting sleeve,the optimization design is made to coal auger drill shaft connecting sleeve.
