Abstract
As a set of athletic and entertainment in one of the sports,basketball has the history of a century,and with the continuous improvement of its charm,it gradually becomes a worldwide sport,and has more and more participants.This article presents a youth basketball athletes in the sports training process,prone to sprain,especially the ankle injury characteristics of biology,and summed up the mechanism and causes of ankle injury for basketball skills action,based on the characteristics and ankle structural characteristics,present some preventive measures to ensure that young basketball players to establish a scientific basketball training and methods,so as to improve the results of the basketball with a good health.
