Abstract
The tannin content of the Gongcheng persimmon green leaves and fallen leaves were determined,the methanol extraction process for persimmon tannin in the leaves was studied.The results showed that the tannin content of Gongcheng persimmon in the green leaves was higher than in the fallen leave.The best methanol extraction process for the tannin in the green leaves of the persimmon:using the 1.2% of the anhydrous methanol as solvent extraction,extracting for 40min,extraction temperature was 70℃,the ratio to liquid was 1:12,extracting for 2 times,the tannin extraction in the green persimmon leaves could as high as 14.89mg/g.
