Diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound and elastography in breast cancer

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound and elastography in breast cancer,and provide guidance and help for clinic. Methods 133 cases breast cancer patients diagnosed by surgery and pathology in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2014 were retrospectiveanzlyzed and diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound and elastographywere compared. Results The detection rate of malignant tumors with color Doppler ultrasound was 90.98%,and the diagnostic accuracy was 85.71%,the elastography detection rate 92.48% and diagnostic accuracy was 88.72%.The detection rateand the diagnostic accuracyof acombination of the two detectionsmethod increased significantly,while the rate of misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis rate was lower(P 0.05),which had a statistically significant difference. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound and elastography for the diagnosis of breast cancer have a higher clinical significance,a combination of the two detections method not only can improve the detection rate and accuracy,and the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate will be greatly reduced.
