Abstract

According to the survey,there are,in general,some problems concerning an uneven distribution,age concentration and a lower level of education among rural doctors,most of them have no the qualifications for practicing assistant doctors or practicing doctors.What mainly influence training effects are training content and materials,training means and modes,teachers' professional standards,training time,and so forth.Based on rural doctors' high expectations of training plans,this paper presents specific suggestions for boosting the quality of the rural doctor training work.
