Objective:To explore efficacy of sertraline in treating obsessive compulsive symptoms.Methods:Three articles that had been published and one article that was writen by himself were Summarized by meta\|analysis.Results:By complex testing:Z=6, P 0.01.Sertraline was effective to treat obsessive compulsive symptoms;d=0.875,that suggested that sertraline had better efficacy.Conclusions:Sertraline was effective to treat obsessive compulsive symptoms.
