Objective: Understand the current status of healthcare in poor rural areas,optimize the construction of rural healthcare system,and achieve strategic equity.Method: Documents and yearbooks on healthcare system construction during 2007-2009 in XX city are researched and analyzed.Result: Achievements have been made in primary level public health system construction,and healthcare services coverage,while there is still insufficiency in improving the accessibility of public health service.Conclusion: Healthcare planning and management need to be strengthened and the interface between tertiary healthcare service network be optimized.
