Reflections on teaching management innovation of adult higher education

The adult higher education has become an important part of higher education,as a part of education,the purpose is to cultivate the talents who meet the social demands,to better achieve this goal,we must carry on the improvement and innovation in many aspects of education.Innovation of teaching management mechanism is very important,in this process we should adhere to the student as the improvement center,which is also in line with the basic requirements of the scientific outlook on development of China.In the teaching to ensure quality of adult education is one of the keys of adult education in colleges and universities,and the development direction of education in twenty-first Century is so.In this paper,some relevant problems of teaching management system of higher education are discussed,and suggestions for how to build such a mechanism.
