Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of E-selectin,P-selectin in gliomas and the relation between the selectins.Methods The expression of E-selectin,P-selectin are detected in paraffin sections by using SP immunohistochemical method.Results ①The positive expression rate of E-selectin and P-selectin in gliomas are significantly higer than in control group(P0.05);②The expression rate of E-selectin in gliomas of grade Ⅰ~Ⅱ are significantly lower than in gliomas of grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ(P0.05).There are no differences of expression of P-selectin between grade Ⅰ~Ⅱand grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ of glioma group(P0.05);③There is no relation between the expression of the two selectins in gilomas.Conclusion E-selectin,P-selectin may be correlated to the oncogenisis and progression of gliomas.
