Abstract

A proventriculus type of avian infectious bronchitis virus was isolated from diseased chickens in China.An attenuated strain was developed,after 120 passages on SPF chicken embryos and designated Strain D971p.Live vaccine based on D971P was produced and evaluated.The safety and efficiency tests proved that the vaccine is safe and had high protection rate.
