Abstract

Wild Cordyceps militaris were separated collected from Jingyuetan of Changchun.After the separation,Cordyceps militaris strains would be domesticated.The condition of mycelium growth was studied in different culture medium formula,and the results showed that mycelial grew well in culture medium 1.
