Abstract
The small axial flow fan is widely applied in the cooling of the electrical element used in computer and electrical instruments, and its operation affects directly on the right running and life-span of the instruments. The influence of the swept blades on the performance of the rotors of small axial flow fans is investigated with Fluent software. The result indicated that the forward-blade 10° increases the flow rate of the fan with loss reducing, and the back-blade 10°fan deteriorates the fluid flow and increases the loss.
