Abstract

The dynamic changes of soil urease and phosphatase activities and soil N,P and K in cherry rhizosphere and their relationships were studied by a pot experiment. The results showed that the urease and phosphatase activities were improved obviously in the first stage of plant growing season and the soil urease and phosphatase activities of rhizosphere were higher than those of non-rhizosphere.The enzyme activities and the value of R/S decreased gradually with the process of phonological phase. The contents of N,P and K tended to decrease during the growing season. In the first of the growing season, total nitrogen,alkali-hydrolyzale nitrogen and total phosphate were deficient in rhizosphere, while phosphate and available potassium were enriched in rhizosphere, and the variation was decreasing with the process of phonological phase. There were correlations between the contents of N,P and K nutrient and the activities of urease and phosphatase.
