Abstract
According to the characteristics of the Selective Laser Sintering( SLS) machine,this paper introduces the overall structure of the selective laser sintering test prototype and the design of mechanical and control part. Through a lot of experiments,the resin sand layer sintering optimization of process parameters are obtained. Test results shows that new SLS machine better meets the design requirement.
