Abstract
Conducting the humane cultivation makes a very important part of ideological and political work in colleges.The deficiency of humane spirit and personality owes greatly to the deflection of humane education.Therefore,focus should be on strengthening humane education,improving human spirit and cultivating a healthy personality.
