Abstract
The changes of respiration rate were studied with Lycium barbarum L.during its maturation, and the different matured berry respiration rate, berry cell membrane permeability and fruit water loss rate were all studied during storage at different temperatures. The results showed that there was no respiration peak during its maturation and during storage at different temperatures.Lycium barbarum L.belongs to no climacteric, berry cell membrane permeability and fruit water loss rate raised slowly at the lower storage temperatures.
