Discussion on the Development of the Rural Library

In the light of the problems existing in recent years' construction of the rural library and the causes of these problems,this paper puts forward some measures for increasing the level of the construction of the rural library from aspects of putting the target of the construction of the rural library into the total target of building an all-round well-off society in the rural areas,increasing the input,adopting measures suiting local conditions,establishing the features,and forming the composite force,etc.
