Comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation of dysphagia after stroke

Abstract

Objective To explore the rehabilitation treatment and efficacy of dysphagia after stroke.Methods Selected 16 cases of dysphagia after stroke from our department,they were treated by comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.Used the drinking water testing and swallow ability classification to assess the efficacy before treatment and after treatment.Results Swallowing function training with acupuncture,neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy and dietary guidance can significantly improve the swallowing function.Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for patients with dysphagia has a significant effect,can greatly improve patients' life quality,is worthy of popularization.
