Abstract
During the course of constructing the socialist harmonious society,how to build the harmonious culture is a new problem confronted us.We must establish socialist harmonious culture's enduring mechanism,develop the harmonious spirit,build socialism core value system,deepen the reform of the cultural system continuously,promote the development of cultural undertakings and culture industry,build the science system adapted to the socialist harmonious society.Through this,we can create new splendour of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the practice of constructing socialist harmonious society.
