Abstract

The confinement_potential of point charge in electrostatic field requests anti_dielectric or mirror line of arranged free point charge out of confined region. Contrasting with quark_confinement in chromo_electric field, there should be anti_color medium out of confined region, or arranging mirror line of free point color_charge. There are neither ordinary anti_electric medium of e=0in nature, nor the free point color_charge under usual density of matter. Therefore no other than mirror line of arranged free point charge out of confined region enables to realize charge_confinement and quantum vacuum region as an anti_ color medium out of hadrons enables to realize color_charge /quark_confinement. When the density of hadrons matter is so enough high that hadrons are overlap each other and therefore the anti_color medium no longer exists, the color_charge/ quark_confinement can be removed at once.
