Abstract
The pareto analysis and expert questionnaire are adopted to make mathematical statistics of the contribution ratio,weight,rank correlation coefficient of different Chinese sport events in the 25th-29th Olympic Games to explore the relationship between the advantageous events of Chinese competitive sports and core competence.The result shows that advantageous events of Chinese competitive sports can consist of absolute advantage and comparative advantage.The six events of diving,table tennis,weightlifting,gymnastics,shuttlecock and shooting have own their core competence.These events belong to ones with absolute advantage in China.They are subjects of the core competence of China's competitive sports,which integrating the core competence of the individual events.
