Analysis of nursing 106 cases with treatment on acute myocardial infarction in emergency department

Abstract

Objective To analyze the care results for emergency department treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 106 cases of acute myocardial infarction from January 2009 to January 2011 in emergency department in our hospital were chosen as the observation group.106 cases from 179 patients from 2005 to 2008 with acute myocardial infarction were randomly chosen and analyzed retrospectively,taken as the control group.The care results of the two groups were compared. Results The overall use of care in the emergency department,the effect and follow-up treatment at discharge of the observation group were significantly better than the control group. Conclusions The overall use of emergency nurses means can help to treat myocardial infarction,and improve the cure rate and survival rate.
