On the Characteristics of Trust Property

Abstract

Trust property occupies a central place in trust relationships and we can say that if there isn't independent trust property, trust system will not exist. On the basis of an analysis and comparision of the history of trust system, the article criticizes the related rules of trust law in China. At last, the article gives some advice on the amendment to trust law.
