Abstract
Immobilized enzyme has been applied in many fields such as chemical biomedical and biological sensors.The effect of the immobilized enzyme depends largely on the structure of the supporter. Researches in the recent years show that silk fibroin as immobilized enzyme supporter material has its unique advantages. This article reviews the domestic and foreign scholars in different fibroin forms as the research progress of immobilized enzyme carrier materials,including the silk fibroin immobilized enzyme and nano silk fibroin immobilized enzyme(nanoparticles and nanofibers).
