Abstract

Objective To investigate the rules and pattern of the primary intrathoracic lymph node metastasis of lung cancer,and to provide the basis to determine the scope of lymph node dissection of lung cancer patients.Methods Based on lung cancer lymph node map by Naruke lymph node dissection,85 patients were carried on complete resection of lung cancer lines and extensive hilar,leaves room and ipsilateral mediastinal lymph node dissection.Results 85 cases of lung cancer were removed 874 lymph nodes.The total transfer rate was 58.8%(50/85),N_1 accounted for 21.2%(18/85),N_2 37.6%(32/ 85) Jumping N_2 were 9.4%(8 / 85).Mediastinal lymph nodes distributed in the first,second,fourth,fifth,sixth seventh group of lymph nodes.Conclusion Lymph node metastasis has related with tumor size,location and pathological type.Lymph node metastasis of lung cancer have multiple constituencies,multi - regional and jumping,early lymph node metastasis of lung cancer is in T_1 period,so intrathoracic lymph node dissection is necessary in conventional lung cancer surgery.
