Abstract
Objective [WT5”BZ]To explore the effect of microwounded lumbar discoidectomy and latent decompression in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and lateral recess stenosis. [WT5”HZ]Methods[WT5”BZ] The technique of little incision and some other methods and latent decompression technique were used to treat 126 patients within five years. [WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]The operation had a 95.24% good effect rate in the near future and ata specified future date it had a 86.84% good effect rate,and was efficacious in more than 98.25% patients. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion[WT5”BZ] The operation has a very good effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and lateral recess stenosis.It protects the biomechanic structure of the lumbar spine,with less trauma and sequelae,and the patients recover fast.
