Abstract
The paper analyzes the cause and treatment results of 115 complete vertical fractured molars. The vertical fracture is common in molars, and the incidence of upper jaw teeth was higher than that of sub maxilla teeth, the first molars were most common among them; among 115 complete microtubule split molars,85 molars(73.91%) had been treated by pulp therapy,76 molars had been treated by thorough pulp canal therapy. The treatment results were satisfied with different methods according to different kinds of vertical fractured molars. The key to successful therapy for those microtubule split molars, especially for those treated by thorough pulp canal therapy already were prompt treatment ,reasonable reduction and fixation as well as complete crown rehabilitation with well physiological functions.
