Referance on the Management of Youth Unemployment in Developed Countries

During the recent years the youth has become the major group facing with unemployment,which has caught the attention from scholars,especially those researching the youth.As an unemployment group differing from the traditional ones,the youth have their own features.In developed countries,youth unemployment can be efficiently controlled because active employment security measures have been taken to promote the youth to get employed.Referring to the foreign experiences in the field,to solve the problem of youth unemployment,our policy should be based on improving the youth's ability to get employed.
