Clinical Analysis of 38 Cases of Children's Peptic Ulcer

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of children's peptic ulcer.Methods:Clinical data of 38 cases of children's peptic ulcer were retrospectively analyzed.Results:There were 5 cases(13.2%)of stomach ulcer,31 cases(81.6%)of duodenal ulcer.27 cases(71.1%) were multiple,and 31 cases(81.6%)there were obvious risk factors,of which 20 cases(52.6%) of HP testing were positive;35 cases(92.1%) cured,3 patients(7.9%) not healed;all patients were followed-up after discharged for 3 months and 6 months respectively,there were total of 3 cases of recurrence,of which 2 cases were HP-positive.Conclusion:Children's peptic ulcer had atypical symptoms,the occurrence were related with HP infection,genetic factors,diet,drugs and other factors.To prevent recurrence,HP should be eradicated in treatment.
