On the New Type Industrialization and the Modernization of Management

The industrialization process of China since 1949 and the present internal and external situation show that the traditional industrialization path has come to an end and that the new type industrialization has become the only choice for China. This paper suggests that the new type industrialization is, in essence, intertwined with the modernization of management. The industrialization history of the industrialized countries has shown that without the effective support of the modernization of management, industrialization would be based on the sands; without the simultaneous promotion of the modernization of management, the industrialization of a country would be hindered. The new type industrialization, therefore, calls for scientific and modernized management.
