Abstract

Through calculation and analysis to the abnormal voltage phenomena, the reason of low and high voltage was confirmed, and put forward the relevant measure. The effect from Three Gorges Plant on reactive and voltage to the grid, and the difficult point about the control of reactive power and voltage in the grid for the future were considered.
