Abstract

Energy is an important material base of human survival and development. Energy conservation becomes a realistic choice for China to release constraints of energy. By analyzing energy development conditions and challenges faced, it interpreted contents related to the white paper of China's Energy conditions and Policies . Furthermore, the measures for unswervingly implementing the energy development strategy with priority on energy conservation are concluded.
