Abstract
In this paper, the client's requirement of system is translated into information through the client requirement manage model, delivering client's requirement objectively and factually. Document of system can be accomplished automatically. This model customizes information publishing neatly, makes the software reusable and relieves the developers of repeatedly heavy programming. The system's design and development is accomplished based on requirement and the development of client requirement is synchronized with that of the system.
