Abstract
Based on the practice of physical classification and work standard at universities archives management,this article has discussed their application at reformed universities to the management of the files in following aspects:archives classification,emphasis on teaching and research documents,function of inspection and collecting files,availability to the users,computer management and complementing of documents.
