TCM Enema Treatment 34 Cases of Chronic Renal Failure

Abstract

[Objective]To observe the TCM enema combination of western medicine treatment of chronic renal failure (azotemia) in clinical efficacy.[Methods]67 patients with chronic renal failure (azotemia period) patients were randomly divided into control group of 33 cases,the treatment group 34 cases.The control group,treatment group,treatment group in the control group treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of increases retention enema.[Results]The total effective rate control group,51.51%,treatment group, the total efficiency of 82.35%,compared the two groups were significantly different (P 0.05).After treatment, treatment group,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were significandy lower than the control group ( P 0.05).[Conclusion]The TCM - WM treatment of chronic renal failure (azotemia period) is better than western medicine.
