Abstract
Objective To study the effect of AFP on the immunal function and proliferation of dendritic cell. Methods The proliferation of DC was tested by MTT.The expression of immunal phenotypes of cultured human dendritic cell were examed by using FACs.Results The proliferation of dendritic cell is suppressed by AFP.The immunal phenotypes(CD1a,CD83,CD80,CD86,CD11c)were down-regulated markedly by AFP.Conclusion AFP can suppress the proliferation and immunal function of dendritic cell.
