Densadeg Clarifier/V Filter for Iron and Steel Wastewater Treatment and Reuse

In order to resolve water scarcity to deal with increasingly expanded production capacity of Tiantie Metallurgical Group Co.Ltd.,a hot-rolling wastewater treatment and reuse project was built.The project can reduce environmental water pollution,provide a partial water source and achieve economic benefits from wastewater reuse.The treatment capacity of the project is 1.92×104 m3/d.The combined process of equalizing tank,Densadeg clarifier and V filter is adopted,and the treated effluent is used as fresh production water.The design characteristics and operation efficiency of the project are introduced for reference.
